OurStory
At RM Etiquette, we believe that grace and confidence are learned skills, not innate traits. Our approach blends timeless etiquette principles with contemporary relevance, helping clients lead with kindness, navigate diverse environments, and show up with quiet strength in every setting.

MeetRachael
Rachael Morton (née Giudice) founded RM Etiquette in 2025, inspired by her own etiquette journey and a desire to help others feel poised, at ease, and empowered, no matter their background or setting.
Her formal training began in 2017 under renowned etiquette expert Myka Meier of Beaumont Etiquette in New York City. Immersed in the traditions of both Continental and American etiquette, Rachael gained the confidence to move gracefully through a range of environments, from casual gatherings to formal galas to diplomatic circles in both the United States and Italy.
With a background in interior design, entrepreneurship, and the arts, and a deep love for travel, Rachael is known for her refined aesthetic sensibility, innate grace, and the ease with which she connects with others. Her approach is thoughtful and grounded, always elegant but never ostentatious.
Whether leading bespoke workshops or working one-on-one with clients, Rachael brings warmth, discretion, and a passion for helping others cultivate confidence, presence, and timeless sophistication in every facet of life. She believes true etiquette is not about rigid rules. It is about empathy, empowerment, and the ability to make others feel seen, respected, and at ease.
Rachael is currently studying for The English Manner and Beaumont Etiquette’s Train the Trainer (Grade One) certification, April through September 2025, pending results.
