MeetRachael

Rachael Morton née Giudice founded RM Etiquette in 2025, drawing on a rich tapestry of life experience: years of international travel, a life immersed in diplomatic and executive circles, a career in interior design, and a lifelong engagement with the arts. Her path to etiquette was not a single moment but an evolution, shaped by navigating diverse environments and cultures with curiosity and grace.

Steeped in the traditions of both Continental and American etiquette since 2017, Rachael gained the confidence to move gracefully through a range of settings, from casual gatherings to formal galas to diplomatic circles in both the United States and Italy. Her training began under Myka Meier of Beaumont Etiquette in New York City in 2017, and continued under William Hanson and Jo Bryant of The English Manner in London in 2025. Rachael is a graduate of The English Manner and Beaumont Etiquette’s Train the Trainer Grade One with merit, and a Member of the Institute of Leadership (MIoL).

With a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, a background in entrepreneurship and the arts, and a deep love for travel, Rachael is known for her refined aesthetic sensibility, innate grace, and the ease with which she connects with others. Her approach is thoughtful and grounded, always elegant but never ostentatious.

Whether leading bespoke workshops, working one-on-one with clients, or speaking on the power of presence, inner confidence, and authentic connection, Rachael brings warmth, discretion, and a passion for helping others cultivate confidence and timeless sophistication in every facet of life. She believes true etiquette is not about rigid rules. It is about empathy, empowerment, and the ability to make others feel seen, respected, and at ease.
